DETATE is Dallas’ first and only premium real estate builder focused exclusively on modern homes.
Specifically, we only develop single family, multifamily, condos and mixed-use projects with residential components.
We take great pride in possessing the immense quality of a custom builder, yet having the scalability of a traditional production builder.
This level of flexibility affords DETATE the opportunity to serve an untapped market in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
We are passionate about connecting directly with consumers in what we call the “livable spaces” market.

We will spare no expense to attract, retain and develop the world’s best talent in all disciplines to solve the toughest challenges in the built environment.
We are committed to pioneering dynamic modern design in each of our product lines.
The safety of our employees, contractors, customers and communities is our first priority.
We passionately give our time and talent to promote the intrinsic value of humanity to employees, community partners, and consumers.
We are committed to giving back. Money and possessions are amazing tools, but terrible masters. DETATE gives a minimum of 10% of our profits to causes we care about.
Innovation is the hinge upon which the door of DETATE swings – in every portion of our business: design, sales, marketing and construction platforms.
DETATE’s diligence in being lean increases productivity, reduces waste, and increases cash generation by improving operational performance.
If innovation is the hinge to our door, then advocating for community is the foundation upon which our home rests (pun intended). Our aim isn’t merely to develop beautiful communities with state-of-the-art products, but to create a passionate community of followers around the world who believe in collective inspiration. We are building a community in which we inspire one another to live well, serve others, beat the odds, and conquer fears. We believe in a unique type of community where inspiration leads the way and charts the course; a world where inspirational transcendence will pierce any divide that separates our pursuit of collective inspiration.
We fundamentally believe that unity of purpose is paramount for us to achieve our goals. Every employee, consultant and strategic partner understands that unity is not synonymous with uniformity. This mindset sees our differences as competitive advantages instead of roadblocks. We are intentional about diversity and its intrinsic benefits. We are an international team that genuinely reflects what the world looks like. This enables us to organically provide products that resonate with worldwide perspectives. These viewpoints – together with transparency in business practices, superior customer service, and uncompromising excellence – allow us to better execute our predominant objective: to share the joy and beauty of modern design with the world.
